WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At YMR CANDLE CO. all of our products are made in small batches for quality control. We also inspect every product before they are packed and shipped.

Used/lit candles and other used products we offered can NOT be returned or refunded due to their nature. HOWEVER, we will replace products that are damaged during shipping with photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery.

You may Exchange your unused candle and other products of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees of all items.

WHY ARE SOME CANDLES DIFFERENT IN SHADE OF COLOR?

Do to the nature of some of our fragrance oils used in our candles, it can very in color and density changing the color of the wax.

WHY DO WE MEET IN A PUBLIC PLACE FOR CUSTOMER PICKUP?

YMR CANDLE CO. is an online store for the time being. Until YMR CANDLE CO. expands to a store front, we are giving our local customers the option for pickup at a public, local address. This ensures the safety of our customers and our staff. Our staff will always be in uniform at the time of pickup so that you, the customer can identify who we are as YMR CANDLE CO.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?

Yes! We offer local delivery in the Charlotte NC area for a for a small delivery fee.

WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE IN YOUR CANDLES?

Our wax is a Natural Soy Blend that gives the appealing look and usability of Soy Wax while offering a lasting fragrance throw through out the life span of the candle.

SOAPS

Our soap recipes are inclined to change for beneficial purposes for the skin and a design stand point of view. Exceptions will be clearly noted on listings for your convenience. Please refer to the Product Info on the selected item to see specifics on Ingredients and Additives. Almost all of our body products are soy free, sulfate(SLS) free, paraben free, gluten free, and vegan friendly. Our soaps are made using biodegradable glitters, responsibly sourced micas (colorant), when and if added to our recipe. Soaps are for external use only and should not be eaten. Our soaps are safe to use on hands and body, even on intimate places of the body. Discontinue use if you your skin does become irritated.
